Great quality, slightly bulky for small chairs
The memory foam is top-notch and really does reduce fatigue. My only minor complaint is that it adds a bit of depth to the seat, which pushes me forward on my smaller dining chair. However, on my main office chair, it fits perfectly.

Comfortable but needs break-in time
The foam was a little firmer than I expected initially, but after about a week of use, it molded nicely to my back shape. Now it feels custom-made. The breathable fabric is a nice touch as I don't get sweaty anymore.
