Gentle on sensitive skin
I have very sensitive skin and usually get red marks from tapes. These non-woven patches are incredibly soft and caused no irritation after wearing them for 6 hours.

Easy to peel and apply. They stay on during light exercise. I wish they came in different colors to match skin tones better, but the white blends in okay under clothes.

Good adhesive strength
These patches hold my herbal mixtures securely on my lower back. The only reason for 4 stars is that the central hole could be slightly larger for bigger moxa cones, but otherwise excellent.
