Highly recommend for tendonitis
I have mild tenosynovitis and these patches offer great comfort without needing to plug in a heating pad. Very convenient for use at the office or while traveling.

Works well but scent is strong

Good heat, stays on well
The adhesive is strong enough to stay put while I move around, but not so strong that it hurts to remove. The heat lasts through my entire work shift. Would buy again.
