Okay for thin bags

It works perfectly on standard snack bags, but struggles a bit with very thick vacuum seal bags. For the price, it does what it says though.

A: This sealer is designed primarily for polyethylene and standard plastic bags. It may not generate enough heat to properly seal thicker Mylar materials.

Q: How long do I need to hold the button down?

A: Simply press and hold the button for about 3 to 5 seconds until you see the indicator light change or feel the seal set, then release.

Q: Can it seal wet food bags?

A: For best results, please ensure the area of the bag you intend to seal is dry. Moisture can interfere with the heat sealing process.

Q: Is the heating element safe to touch immediately after use?

A: No, the aluminum heating strip remains hot for a short period after use. Please allow it to cool down before storing or touching the strip directly.

Q: Does this come with batteries included?

A: No, the Mini Snack Sealer requires 2 AA batteries which are not included in the package. This allows you to choose your preferred battery brand.
