Excellent gift for beginners

Great value, minor chip on arrival
The design is beautiful and functional. Unfortunately, there was a tiny chip on the rim when it arrived, but it doesn't affect usage. The non-drying feature works wonders for intermittent practice sessions.

Beautiful ceramic work
I love the double ring handle; it makes lifting the tray very easy without smudging ink on the sides. The glaze is smooth and easy to clean. Highly recommend for anyone starting their calligraphy journey.

Good size for desk use
Fits perfectly on my small study desk. The brush rest angle is comfortable. I wish the lid fit a bit tighter, but overall it's a solid product for the price point.
