Decent but clearly fake
It serves its purpose as a prop. The sound when you tap it is definitely different from real silver, which is expected. The plating seems durable enough for handling, but don't expect it to pass as the real thing under close inspection.

Great looking display piece
This replica bar looks fantastic on my shelf. The silver plating is shiny and the Lady Liberty detail is very crisp. Just remember it is not real silver, but for the price, it's a great conversation starter.

Good value for money
For a display sample, this is excellent. The reeded edges look authentic and the shine is impressive. I deducted one star because the label on the capsule was a bit crooked, but the bar itself is fine.

Good weight, nice details
I bought this to show friends what a large format bar looks like without spending hundreds on real bullion. It has a decent weight to it thanks to the zinc alloy. The only reason for 4 stars is the plastic capsule was slightly scratched upon arrival.

Unique gift idea
Bought this as a gag gift for my dad who loves collecting coins. He laughed and then put it right next to his real collection. It's well-made for a novelty item and arrived quickly.

Perfect for teaching kids about coins
I use this in my classroom to teach students about currency and history. Since it's a replica, I don't worry about theft or loss, and the size makes it easy for the whole class to see the design features.
