Great product, slight color variation
Overall very satisfied. The smell is authentic and long-lasting. The color varies slightly from the photo, which is expected with natural wood, but it still looks elegant.

Purchased this as a gift for my husband. He loves the traditional look and the packaging was very premium. The string is strong and durable.

Perfect for meditation
I bought this for my daily meditation practice. The weight feels substantial but comfortable on the wrist. The natural wood grain on each bead is unique and beautiful.

Authentic Vietnamese Agarwood
As someone who collects incense and woods, I can confirm this is genuine Nha Trang material. The complexity of the scent profile is impressive for a bracelet of this size.

Helps me relax at night
I keep this by my bedside. The subtle woody scent is very soothing and seems to help me drift off to sleep easier. Highly recommend for anyone looking for natural relaxation aids.
Q: What is the return policy if the size doesn't fit?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Since the beads are strung on an elastic cord, they fit most wrist sizes, but exchanges are available if needed.
Q: How should I store the bracelet when not wearing it?
A: For best results, store the bracelet in the provided sealed box or an airtight container when not in use. This helps retain the precious essential oils and keeps the fragrance potent.
Q: Does this come with a certificate of authenticity?
A: Yes, every bracelet comes with a dedicated authenticity card verifying its origin from Nha Trang, Vietnam, along with details about the Kynam grade.
Q: Can this bracelet get wet if I wash my hands?
A: We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water. Occasional contact like hand washing is usually fine, but please dry it immediately with a soft cloth to preserve the wood's integrity and scent.
Q: Is the scent strong enough to last throughout the day?
A: Yes, natural Kynam agarwood has a long-lasting fragrance. While the intensity may vary with body temperature and environment, the scent typically remains noticeable for many hours.
