Excellent quality aged wood
You can tell this is genuine aged wood. It has a nice warmth to it that plastic or metal balls lack. Very satisfying to rotate them in your palm.

Great for hand exercises
I bought these to help with my grip strength after a minor injury. They are perfectly weighted and the texture prevents slipping. Only wish they came in a slightly larger size option.

Calming and well-made
I use these for mindfulness and keeping my hands busy. The natural wood grain is unique on each ball. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a non-electronic fidget tool.

Smooth operation
The balls roll against each other very smoothly without catching. The walnut carving adds a nice tactile element. Good value for a hand-carved item.

Perfect gift for seniors
Purchased these for my father who loves traditional health items. He uses them every day while watching TV. The velvet pouch is a nice touch for storage.
Q: What is the return policy if the size is too small?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Q: Are these balls hollow or solid?
A: These health balls are carved from solid pieces of natural Taihang Thuja wood, ensuring durability and a substantial feel.
Q: Is the wood treated with any chemicals?
A: No, the balls are finished only with natural wood oil to preserve the grain and protect the surface. They are free from harsh chemicals.
Q: Do they make a sound when rotated like metal balls?
A: No, unlike metal health balls, these wooden balls operate silently, making them ideal for use in quiet offices or libraries.
Q: How should I clean them if they get dusty?
A: Simply wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or cleaning solvents as they may damage the natural wood finish.
