Great quality, slightly heavy when full
The build quality is excellent and I feel safe using it thanks to the thick material. It is a bit heavy when filled to the brim, but that also means it holds heat well.

No leaks!
I was worried about leakage since I sleep with it sometimes, but the screw cap is very secure. The U-shape design is much better than round bottles for neck issues.

Good product, cover shrunk a little
The hot water bag itself is fantastic and very safe. However, after washing the fleece cover on warm, it shrank slightly and is harder to put back on.

Perfect for winter neck pain

Q: Is the fleece cover included or sold separately?
A: The soft fleece cover is included with every purchase and is designed to be easily removable for washing.
Q: How much water should I fill it with for neck use?
A: For optimal comfort and flexibility around the neck, we suggest filling the bag to about 2/3 of its capacity. This allows it to mold better to your shape.
Q: Can I use boiling water directly in this bag?
A: We recommend using water that has been boiled and then allowed to cool for 2-3 minutes (approx. 80-90°C) before filling to ensure the longevity of the PVC material.
Q: Can children use this product?
A: While safe, we recommend adult supervision for children under 12. Always test the temperature on your inner wrist before applying to skin to prevent burns.
