Safe and reliable

Great heat retention
Works exactly as described. It stays warm for about 5 hours on the medium setting. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the charging cable is a bit short.

High quality build. The auto-shutoff feature is a nice safety touch. It charges fast via USB-C which is convenient since I can use my phone charger.
