Perfect for office neck pain
I sit at a desk all day and my neck gets incredibly stiff. This U-shaped bag fits perfectly around my shoulders while I work. The heat lasts for about an hour, which is just enough to relax the muscles. Highly recommend!

Great design, slightly heavy when full
The shape is genius for wrapping around the neck. My only minor complaint is that it feels a bit heavy when filled to the maximum 800ml capacity, but that also means it holds heat well. The fleece cover is very soft.

No leaks and stays warm
I was worried about leakage since I've had bad experiences with other hot water bottles. This one has a very secure cap and the seal is tight. No leaks at all, and the warmth penetrates deep into the tense areas.

Good product but funnel is small
The bag itself is excellent and very comfortable. However, the included funnel is quite small, making it a bit tricky to fill without spilling a little water. Once filled, though, it works as advertised.

Works great for cold therapy too
I bought this primarily for heat, but I tried putting ice water in it after a workout. It worked wonderfully as a cold compress for my inflamed neck muscles. Very versatile product.
