Great quality, slightly heavy when full
The build quality is excellent and I feel safe using it with hot water. It is a bit heavy when completely filled, so I usually fill it to about 75% capacity for comfort.

Excellent for cold therapy too
I bought this primarily for heat, but tried it with ice water for a sprain. It worked wonderfully for cold compression as well. Very versatile product.

Better than electric heating pads
I prefer this over electric pads because there are no cords to get tangled. It stays warm throughout the night without needing to be plugged in. Highly recommend!

Perfect for neck pain relief

Does exactly what it says. The cap seals tightly with no leaks. The only reason for 4 stars is that the fleece cover attracts pet hair easily, but it washes well.

Q: Can I use boiling water directly from the kettle?
A: We recommend letting the water cool for 1-2 minutes after boiling before filling the bag to ensure maximum safety and longevity of the material. Do not exceed 90°C.
