Comfortable and soothing
The shape conforms nicely to the curve of the neck. It helped relieve tension after a long hike. Took off one star because the fleece cover attracts pet hair easily, but otherwise excellent.

Perfect for office work neck pain
I sit at a desk all day and my shoulders get so tight. This U-shaped bag fits perfectly around my neck while I type. The heat lasts for a good few hours and the fleece cover is very soft against the skin.

No leaks and easy to fill
I was worried about leaking water on my clothes, but the screw cap is very secure. The included funnel makes filling it from the tap super easy without making a mess. Highly recommend!

Great heat retention, slightly heavy when full
Does exactly what it says. Keeps my neck warm for a long time. My only minor complaint is that when filled to capacity, it feels a bit heavy to wear while walking around, but it's fine for sitting or lying down.

Better than electric heating pads
I prefer this over electric pads because there are no cords to get tangled and no risk of overheating. The moist heat feels more natural and penetrates the muscles better. Great purchase.

Essential for winter

Q: Can I use boiling water to fill this bag?
A: We recommend using hot water from the tap (around 140°F or 60°C). Please do not use boiling water directly from the kettle as it may damage the material or cause burns.
