Good but pricey
Performance is excellent and durability seems top notch. Only giving 4 stars because it is quite a bit more expensive than standard hardened steel nozzles.

Smooth extrusion
The surface finish on my prints is smoother compared to my old hardened steel nozzle. Great upgrade for the Bambu P1P.

Perfect for Carbon Fiber
This nozzle handles CF-GF filament without any wear issues. I've printed over 500 grams and it still looks brand new. Highly recommended for abrasive materials.

Lasts longer than brass
I used to go through brass nozzles every few spools of abrasive filament. This silicon carbide tip is a game changer for longevity.
Q: Is the silicone gasket included in the box?
A: Yes, each package includes one high-temperature silicone gasket required for installation.
Q: Can I use this nozzle for standard PLA printing?
A: Yes, you can print PLA with this nozzle. However, for non-abrasive materials, a standard brass nozzle may provide slightly better thermal conductivity.
Q: What is the maximum temperature rating?
A: This nozzle is rated for continuous use up to 300°C, making it suitable for most engineering filaments.
Q: Does this fit the Bambu Lab P1P?
A: Yes, the Phaetus Conch Plus is fully compatible with the Bambu Lab P1P, P1S, X1, and X1 Carbon models.
Q: How does the lifespan compare to a hardened steel nozzle?
A: The silicon carbide tip offers significantly higher wear resistance than hardened steel, especially when printing highly abrasive composites.
