Filament loads easily
Good value for money. The included filament colors are vibrant and load without jamming.
Q: Are refill filaments included in the box?
A: Yes, the package includes three colors of starter filament to get you creating immediately.

A: It includes a USB-C cable. You can use any standard 5V USB adapter or power bank.
Q: How do I clean the nozzle if it gets clogged?
A: Please use the included cleaning filament stick while the pen is warmed up to clear debris.
Q: What type of filament works best for this pen?
A: PCL filament is recommended for younger children due to lower melting points, but PLA works too.
Q: Is the nozzle safe for a 6-year-old to touch?
A: The nozzle uses anti-scald technology, but we still recommend adult supervision during use.
