Perfect Fit for S1
This kit fit my Ender-3 S1 perfectly. The aluminum heater block heats up quickly and maintains temperature well. Installation took about 30 minutes.

No More Clogging Issues
I was having constant clogs with the stock hotend. This upgrade solved the problem immediately. The heat break design is much better.

Solid Upgrade

Arrived earlier than expected. Everything was packaged securely. The copper-plated break works great for PLA and PETG.
Q: What tools are needed for installation?
A: You will need a hex key set, pliers, and potentially a small wrench to remove the old hotend assembly safely.
Q: What is the main difference between copper-plated and bimetal?
A: Bimetal heat breaks generally offer better heat isolation for high-temperature printing, while copper-plated provides excellent thermal conductivity for standard materials.
Q: Is this compatible with the Ender-3 V2?
A: No, this kit is specifically designed for the Ender-3 S1 series due to differences in the hotend mounting and wiring.
Q: Does the kit include a new thermistor?
A: Yes, the kit includes a compatible NTC 100K thermistor to ensure accurate temperature reading with the new heater block.
Q: Can I use abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber with this kit?
A: The aluminum heater block is not recommended for abrasive filaments. We suggest using a hardened steel nozzle and block for those materials.
