Durable construction

Good upgrade, stable temps
Temperature stability is excellent even at higher speeds. Installation was straightforward on my clone V6 setup. Took off one star because the instructions could be more detailed for beginners.

High speed printing confirmed
I'm pushing 100mm/s with PETG and this hotend keeps up without clogging. The heat break design seems to prevent heat creep effectively. Very satisfied with the performance.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this kit specifically for printing bamboo and wood-fill PLA. The hardened steel nozzle handles the abrasion much better than my previous brass nozzle. No wear visible after 500 grams of print.
Q: What is the maximum recommended temperature for continuous use?
A: While the max peak is 450°C, we recommend continuous printing below 400°C to ensure the longevity of the heater cartridge and thermistor.
Q: Does the kit come with thermal paste?
A: Yes, a small packet of high-temperature thermal paste is included in the package to ensure optimal heat transfer between the heater block and thermistor.
Q: Is the nozzle replaceable?
A: Yes, the nozzle features a standard M6 thread and can be replaced with any compatible V6 style nozzle, including hardened steel or brass options.
Q: Is this compatible with the Creality Ender 3?
A: Yes, this hotend is compatible with the Ender 3, but you may need a specific mounting bracket or adapter since the stock hotend is not a direct V6 style.
Q: Can I use this with 24V power supply?
A: Absolutely. The heater cartridge included in this kit is compatible with both 12V and 24V systems. Please ensure your mainboard supports the voltage.
