Excellent Upgrade for Abrasive Filaments
I switched to this kit to print carbon fiber filled PLA and it works flawlessly. The hardened steel nozzle shows no signs of wear after 500 grams of filament. Temperature stability is also much better than the stock hotend.

Solid Kit with Minor Instructions Issue
The hardware itself is top notch. My only complaint is that the installation instructions could be more detailed for beginners. Otherwise, it is a reliable upgrade.

Perfect Temperature Stability
Heat creep was a constant issue with my old brass nozzle. This dual-metal design solved that completely. My prints are cleaner and I haven't had a single clog since installation.

Worth the Investment
Initially hesitant about the price compared to standard nozzles, but the durability makes it worth it. I print a lot of PETG and this handles the higher temps without any issues.

Good Quality but Tight Fit
The build quality is impressive and the ceramic block heats up quickly. Installation was a bit tricky as the fit was very tight on my Ender 3 V2, but once installed it performs great.
Q: Does the package include a new heater cartridge?
A: Yes, the kit comes with a complete hotend assembly including a pre-installed 40W heater cartridge.
Q: Is this nozzle suitable for standard PLA printing?
A: Absolutely. While designed for abrasive materials, it works excellently with standard PLA and may offer better longevity than brass nozzles.
Q: How difficult is the installation process?
