Sturdy and Compact
Great ladder for apartment living. It folds down small enough to fit behind the door. The telescopic mechanism works smoothly, though it requires a firm grip to extend fully. Very happy with the purchase.

High Quality Build
The aluminum feels much thicker than my old ladder. It doesn't wobble at all even at full extension. Assembly was not required; it came ready to use right out of the box.

Safe and Reliable

Does exactly what it says. It's lightweight enough for me to carry upstairs but heavy duty enough to feel safe. The only minor issue is that the locking pins can be a bit stiff initially.
