Saved me from buying a new mattress
Instead of spending thousands on a new bed, I tried this. It transformed my sinking sofa-bed into a usable guest bed with proper spine alignment. Highly recommend.

Very firm, as advertised
If you like a hard sleeping surface, this is great. It definitely stiffened up my memory foam topper. Took a few nights to get used to, but my lower back feels supported.

Solid addition to home furniture
Easy to unroll and place. It stays in place well under the sheets. The edge support is surprisingly good compared to foam toppers I've used before.

Perfect fix for a sagging bed
My old mattress was getting too soft and causing back pain. This jute pad added just the right amount of firmness without being uncomfortable. I wake up with much less stiffness now.

Great for lumbar support
I bought this specifically for the lumbar support claim. It works wonders. The natural jute material also seems to keep the bed cooler than synthetic pads.

Good quality but very hard
The construction is solid and it smells earthy but not bad. However, it might be too hard for side sleepers. I ended up putting a thin featherbed on top of it.
Q: Can I wash this in a washing machine?
A: No, machine washing is not recommended as it can damage the jute structure. We advise spot cleaning stains and airing the pad regularly.
Q: Does this topper work on an adjustable bed frame?
A: Yes, the SMAN Cloud Bed topper is flexible enough to bend with adjustable bases, though it adds significant firmness which may limit the curvature slightly.
Q: Will this help if my mattress is only slightly soft?
