Q: Can I use this for the Global or JP server?

A: No, this service is exclusively for the Arknights China (CN) server. Top-ups for Global, JP, KR, or TW servers require different products.

Q: Do I need to provide my account password for the top-up?

A: No, we never ask for your password. For most denominations, we only require your User ID (UID) and Server ID to process the top-up securely.

Q: What happens if the first-time double bonus doesn't apply?

A: The double bonus is controlled by the game server based on your account history. If you have already claimed it on your account, it will not trigger again. We charge only for the base amount listed.

Q: How long does the Monthly Card last once recharged?

A: Each Monthly Card recharge adds 30 days of validity. If you already have an active card, the new days are stacked on top of your remaining time, up to the game's maximum limit.

Q: Is there a limit on how many times I can top up per day?

A: There is no limit imposed by our store, but please adhere to the daily transaction limits set by the Arknights CN server to avoid any temporary restrictions on your account.
