Perfect upgrade for my panel saw
The locking mechanism is incredibly sturdy and holds the position perfectly without any drift. Installation was straightforward with the pre-drilled holes. My cuts are now much more consistent.

Solid construction
Very happy with the build quality. The cam-lever lock engages securely. It took about an hour to install both sides on my table, but the result is a much safer cutting environment.

Great quality, heavy duty
These rails are very solid and feel professional grade. The only reason for 4 stars is that the instructions could be slightly clearer regarding alignment, but once set up, they work flawlessly.
Q: What is the maintenance requirement for the sliders?
A: For optimal performance, we recommend cleaning the rails of sawdust weekly and applying a light coat of machine oil to the rail surface monthly. The sealed bearings require no internal lubrication.
Q: Can these rails be cut to a shorter length if my table is smaller?
A: Yes, the steel rails can be cut to size using a metal hacksaw or band saw. However, please ensure you deburr the edges thoroughly after cutting to maintain smooth slider movement.
Q: Does the locking mechanism work on inclined tables?
A: The cam-lever lock is designed primarily for horizontal push tables. While it provides strong resistance, we do not recommend relying on it as the sole safety stop for steep inclines without additional braking systems.
Q: Is this compatible with a 10mm thick aluminum table top?
A: Absolutely. The mounting hardware includes bolts suitable for table thicknesses ranging from 8mm to 25mm. You may need to countersink the holes depending on your specific table design.
Q: Are replacement locking levers available if one gets lost?
