A: This mattress works best on a slatted base with gaps no wider than 3 inches or a solid platform bed. It is not recommended for use with a traditional box spring as it may reduce the firmness support.

A: Custom orders typically require 10-14 business days for production in Japan, followed by 5-7 business days for international shipping. You will receive a tracking number once dispatched.

A: Since this is a made-to-order custom product, returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing error in the dimensions. Please double-check your measurements before placing the order.
