I am usually sensitive to artificial scents, but this one is made from natural extracts and doesn't give me a headache at all.
Q: Is this safe to use around cats?
A: While made from natural ingredients, we recommend placing the diffuser in an area where pets cannot knock it over or ingest the liquid. Please consult your vet if you have specific concerns about essential oils.
Q: What is the shelf life if unopened?
A: If kept sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, the unopened product has a shelf life of approximately 2 years.
Q: How many reed sticks should I use for maximum scent?
A: You can use all 8 included reed sticks for a stronger fragrance diffusion. If you prefer a lighter scent, try using 4 or 5 sticks initially.
Q: Can I refill the bottle when it runs out?
A: Yes, the bottle is designed to be reusable. You can purchase our compatible refill packs separately to continue using the same glass container.
