Solid performance
Works exactly as described. The threads are clean and the fit is precise. I deducted one star only because the included thermal paste tube was nearly empty, but otherwise a great product.

Highly recommended for K2 Plus owners
Upgraded my printer last weekend and the difference in print quality for high-temperature filaments is noticeable. No oozing and very stable extrusion. Worth every penny.

Essential for engineering materials
If you plan on printing anything beyond PLA or PETG, get this kit. It maintains consistent temperatures even during long prints. The ceramic element heats up faster than my old setup.

Perfect upgrade for high-temp printing

Great quality but installation takes time
The build quality of the heatsink and block is excellent. Installation was straightforward if you follow the manual, though aligning the fan duct took a few tries. Once set up, it works flawlessly.

No more heat creep
I was experiencing frequent heat creep with flexible filaments. This ceramic heater kit solved the problem immediately. The cooling efficiency of the included heatsink is top-notch.
Q: What is the maximum continuous operating temperature?
A: The ceramic heating element is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C. Brief peaks slightly higher are possible but not recommended for prolonged periods.
Q: Do I need to update the firmware after installing this?
A: Generally, no firmware update is required as the thermal characteristics are similar to the stock setup. However, you may need to recalibrate your PID settings for optimal performance.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Creality K2 non-Plus model?
A: This kit is specifically designed for the K2 Plus due to differences in the hotend mounting geometry. It is not recommended for the standard K2 model.
Q: Does this kit support nozzle sizes other than 0.4mm?
A: Yes, the heater block uses a standard M6 thread, so it is compatible with any M6 nozzles ranging from 0.2mm to 0.8mm, sold separately.
Q: Is the thermistor pre-installed or do I need to transfer my old one?
A: The kit comes with a new high-temperature NTC 100K thermistor pre-installed and secured with high-temp adhesive. You do not need to reuse your old sensor.
