Great for cramps

I bought these specifically for period pain relief. The gentle warmth really helps soothe the discomfort. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I wish they lasted a bit longer than 8 hours for me.

Perfect for outdoor work

Good but takes time to activate

The heat is nice once it kicks in, but you have to wait about 15-20 minutes after opening the package for them to reach full temperature. Just something to keep in mind if you need instant warmth.

Soft and comfortable

Unlike other brands I've tried, these don't feel bulky or scratchy. The adhesive is strong enough to stay put but doesn't ruin my clothing when removed. Will definitely buy again.

A: No, we do not recommend using these heat patches while sleeping. Since you cannot monitor the temperature sensation while asleep, there is a risk of overheating or skin irritation.

A: Once the package is opened and the pad is exposed to air, it typically begins to generate heat within 10 to 15 minutes, reaching optimal temperature shortly after.

Q: Can these be applied directly to the skin?
