Works but instructions could be clearer
The top-up worked eventually, but I was confused about whether I needed a WeGame ID or a Riot ID initially. Once I contacted support, they clarified it quickly. Maybe add a FAQ section.
Q: Can I use these VP on the US or EU servers?
A: No, these Valorant Points are strictly for the China (CN) server operated by Tencent. They are not compatible with Riot Global servers (US, EU, APAC, etc.).
Q: Is it safe to provide my account details?
A: For direct top-ups, we typically only require your User ID (UIN) or linked email, never your password. If a seller asks for your password, please report them immediately. Our standard method uses secure API integration.
Q: Do I need a Chinese phone number to redeem these points?
A: No, you do not need a Chinese phone number. You only need a valid Tencent or WeGame account that is already registered and able to log into the CN server of Valorant.
Q: What happens if I enter the wrong UIN?
A: Please double-check your User ID before confirming the order. If the top-up has not been processed yet, contact us immediately to cancel. Once credited to the wrong account, we cannot reverse the transaction as per game publisher policies.
