Q: How long does it take to receive the diamonds?
A: Most orders are processed automatically within 5 to 15 minutes. In rare cases involving manual verification, it may take up to 2 hours.
Q: Is my account safe using this service?
A: Yes, we use official payment gateways and never request your password. For account top-ups, we only require your User ID (UID) to process the transaction securely.
Q: Can I gift the Battle Pass to a friend?
A: Currently, the Battle Pass must be activated on the account used for purchase. We do not offer direct gifting of the pass status, but you can purchase gift codes for them separately.
Q: What happens if I miss a day on the monthly card?
A: You do not lose the rewards. Any unclaimed daily Orundum from the monthly card accumulates and can be claimed later before the 30-day period expires.
Q: Does this work for the CN server?
A: No, this service is strictly for the International, EU, NA, and SEA servers. CN server accounts require a different region-specific top-up method.
