Lovely colors
The blue and pink hues are exactly as described. It took a couple of weeks for them to settle in after transplanting, but now they are growing fast.

Perfect for my balcony
I was worried about growing hydrangeas on my apartment balcony, but these are doing wonderfully in large pots. The blooms are huge and colorful.

Beautiful and Healthy Plants
These hydrangeas arrived in perfect condition. The leaves were vibrant, and I could already see buds forming. I planted them in my courtyard, and they are thriving.

Great variety mix
I loved getting both the Endless Summer and Kaleidoscope varieties. The variegated leaves on the Kaleidoscope are stunning even when not in bloom. One plant was slightly smaller than expected but recovered quickly.

Highly recommend for beginners
As someone new to gardening, these plants have been very forgiving. They bounced back after I accidentally underwatered them once. The blooms are spectacular.

Fast shipping and great packaging
The packaging kept the soil moist and the stems secure. No damage during transit. Heidi's Garden really knows how to ship live plants safely.
Q: Are these plants safe for pets?
A: While beautiful, hydrangeas can be toxic to cats and dogs if ingested in large quantities. We recommend placing them in areas inaccessible to curious pets or supervising outdoor time.
Q: Can these survive winter in Zone 5?
A: Absolutely! Both varieties are hardy in Zone 5. We recommend adding a layer of mulch around the base in late fall to protect the roots from freezing temperatures.
Q: When is the best time to prune these hydrangeas?
A: Since these bloom on both old and new wood, you can prune lightly immediately after the first flush of flowers fades in summer. Avoid heavy pruning in late fall or winter to ensure spring blooms.
Q: How often should I water these if kept in pots on a balcony?
A: Hydrangeas in containers dry out faster than those in the ground. In warm weather, check daily and water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Ensure your pots have good drainage holes.
Q: Do these hydrangeas change color based on soil pH?
A: Yes, the Endless Summer variety will produce blue flowers in acidic soil and pink flowers in alkaline soil. The Kaleidoscope variety is primarily known for its foliage but also produces pinkish blooms.
