Solid quality
Well-made product that does what it says. It takes about 5 minutes to get fully warm on the highest setting. I usually keep it on medium for all-day use.

Good but cord could be longer
The cushion itself is very comfortable and warm. However, the power cord is just barely long enough to reach my outlet under the desk. If your outlet is far away, you might need an extension.
