Solid repair job

They fixed the air leak in the foot joint perfectly. The only reason for 4 stars is that the turnaround took a day longer than estimated, but the quality is excellent.

Great recycling option

A: Minor dents can often be rolled out during the refurbishment process. Severe structural damage may require a separate estimate for specialized metalwork.

Q: What happens if my flute is beyond repair?

A: If the instrument is deemed unrepairable, we will contact you with a detailed explanation. You can then choose to have it recycled through our program or shipped back to you at no extra cost.

Q: Do you use genuine leather pads or synthetic ones?

A: We offer both options. Standard repairs use high-duration synthetic pads, but we can install genuine skin pads upon request for an additional fee.

Q: Is a cleaning swab included in the maintenance package?

A: Yes, our full maintenance service includes a professional internal cleaning, and we provide a new microfiber swab with every returned instrument.

Q: How do I ship my flute to you safely?

A: Please disassemble the flute into its three main sections, wrap each individually in bubble wrap, and place them in a sturdy box with plenty of packing material. Do not ship in the soft case alone.
