The spring itself is robust and handles the weight well. Installation instructions could be slightly more detailed for DIYers, but once set up, it functions flawlessly.

A: It is primarily designed for concrete floors. However, it can be installed on reinforced wooden subfloors if proper structural backing is added to support the weight and torque.
Q: What is the expected lifespan under heavy usage?
A: Under normal commercial conditions with roughly 500 cycles per day, the unit is tested to perform reliably for over 500,000 cycles, which translates to several years of service.
Q: Is this suitable for a double door setup?
A: Yes, you can use two units (one for each leaf) for a double door configuration, provided each door leaf does not exceed the 150kg weight limit individually.
Q: How do I adjust the closing speed?
