Smooth operation
We replaced an old, squeaky floor spring with this one. The difference is night and day. It closes gently and latches securely every time. Highly recommend for high-traffic areas.

Great value for money
Compared to other brands, Kin Long offers excellent quality at a reasonable price. It handles our wooden entry door perfectly without sagging. The brushed finish matches our other hardware nicely.

Good for standard doors
Works well for standard weight doors. Make sure to check your door weight against the specs before buying. For my 70kg door, it performs exactly as advertised. Easy to adjust the closing speed.

Professional grade accessory
As a contractor, I use Kin Long products frequently. This floor spring is reliable and durable. The 90-degree positioning is very stable, which clients appreciate for accessibility.

Solid build quality
Very sturdy hinge that feels like it will last for years. The closing speed is smooth and quiet. I took off one star because the instruction manual could be more detailed for DIYers, but overall a great product.

Perfect for my office glass partition
Installed this on a heavy framed glass door in our conference room. The 90-degree hold-open feature works flawlessly, allowing easy traffic flow during meetings. Installation was straightforward with the provided template.
Q: What tools are required for installation?
A: You will need a drill, screwdrivers, a measuring tape, a level, and potentially a chisel depending on your door frame material. An installation template is usually included.
Q: Does the 90-degree hold work in both directions?
A: No, the 90-degree positioning function typically works in the opening direction only. The door will close automatically from any angle less than 90 degrees.
Q: Is this suitable for a double-door setup?
A: This model is designed for single doors. For a double-door setup, you would typically need two units or a specific coordinator system depending on your frame configuration.
Q: Can this be installed on a concrete floor?
A: Yes, it can be installed on concrete floors. You will need appropriate masonry anchors and a drill bit suitable for concrete, which are not included in the package.
Q: Is maintenance required for this floor spring?
A: Minimal maintenance is required. We recommend checking the mounting screws annually and cleaning the exterior with a soft cloth. Internal hydraulic fluid does not need refilling under normal use.
