Heavy duty indeed

Works well after adjustment

Solid build quality
The metal feels very robust and the bearing mechanism is smooth. I deducted one star only because the instructions could be slightly clearer for DIYers, but overall a great product for the price.

Perfect replacement for our cafe entrance

Smooth operation
Our old pivot box was grinding every time the door opened. This replacement is silent and smooth. The installation team had no issues fitting it into the standard floor cutout.
Q: How do I adjust the closing speed?
A: There is a small adjustment screw located on the side of the pivot box casing. Turning it clockwise slows the door down, while counter-clockwise increases the speed. Small increments are recommended.
Q: Is this compatible with 10mm thick tempered glass doors?
A: Yes, this pivot box is designed to accommodate glass doors ranging from 8mm to 12mm thickness, provided the correct adapter clips are used during installation.
Q: Does the package include the top pivot as well?
A: No, this specific SKU includes only the floor recessed pivot box and bearings. The top pivot assembly is sold separately under item number AZ-TOP-01.
Q: Can this be installed on a concrete floor?
A: Absolutely. The unit is designed for recessed installation in concrete, wood, or tile floors. You will need a hammer drill and appropriate masonry bits for concrete installation.
Q: What is the maximum door width this can support?
