Good product, clear instructions

The installation manual was easy to follow. The only reason for 4 stars is that the mounting screws included were slightly shorter than I expected, so I used my own.

Q: How do I adjust the closing speed?

A: There are two adjustment valves on the top cover. Use a small flathead screwdriver to turn them clockwise to slow down or counter-clockwise to speed up the closing action.

Q: Can this be installed on a concrete floor?

A: Absolutely. You will need a hammer drill and appropriate concrete anchors, which are not included in the package, to secure the base plate firmly.

Q: Is this suitable for a 10mm thick frameless glass door?

A: Yes, the H-220C model is designed to accommodate frameless glass doors ranging from 8mm to 12mm in thickness.
