Reliable and sturdy
Solid build quality. The adjustment screws allow for fine-tuning the closing speed which was necessary for our drafty hallway. Deducted one star only due to the high price point.

Sleek and invisible
Love that it is completely hidden in the floor. It gives a clean, minimalist look to our boutique entrance while ensuring the door closes securely every time.

Best in class
Replaced an old hydraulic arm with this GEZE floor spring. The difference in aesthetics and performance is night and day. Highly recommended for modern interiors.

Excellent quality for glass doors
Installed this on a heavy tempered glass door in our office lobby. The mechanism is smooth, silent, and feels very robust. Typical German engineering quality.

Great product, tricky installation
The spring itself works perfectly and looks sleek once installed. However, you definitely need a professional to cut the floor cavity correctly. Not a DIY job for beginners.

Perfect for high traffic areas
We have thousands of people passing through daily, and this floor spring has held up remarkably well over the last year. No maintenance required so far.
Q: What is the maximum door weight this can handle?
A: As an EN3 rated device, the TS500N is suitable for doors weighing up to 60kg (approx. 132 lbs).
Q: Does it come with the installation template?
A: Yes, the package includes a detailed drilling template and installation instructions to ensure accurate floor cutting.
Q: How do I adjust the closing speed?
A: There are two adjustment valves located on the top cover of the spring. Using a small screwdriver, you can regulate the main closing speed and the final latching speed independently.
Q: Can this be used on an exterior door exposed to rain?
A: While the unit is durable, it is recommended for interior use or sheltered entrances. For fully exposed exterior locations, additional weatherproofing measures or specific outdoor models are advised.
Q: Is this model suitable for a double action door?
A: The TS500N is primarily designed for single action doors. For double action requirements, please consult our specific double-action floor spring series.
