Accurate and reliable
I've tried other brands, but A.Shine pens seem to last longer without drying out. The color contrast on the test surface is clear, making it easy to determine the dyne level accurately.

Ordered the full set from 28 to 40. They arrived quickly and were well-packaged. One pen cap was slightly loose, but the fluid inside was fine. Works as expected for checking corona treatment levels.

Solid product
Does exactly what it says. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the label font is a bit small, making it hard to read the specific dyne number in low light.

A: It is best to start with a mid-range value like 34 or 36 mN/m. If the liquid beads up, try a lower number; if it spreads evenly, try a higher number to find the exact threshold.
Q: What is the shelf life once the pen is opened?
A: Once opened, we recommend using the pen within 6 months if the cap is tightly sealed after every use. Exposure to air can cause the solution to evaporate or change composition.
