Versatile and durable
I use these for both oil and acrylic painting. The nickel ferrules haven't rusted even after multiple washes. Having 16 pieces means I always have a clean brush ready.

Decent for beginners
These are okay for practice or students. The bristles aren't as soft as premium brands, but for the quantity you get, they serve their purpose well for rough work.

Good quality, minor shedding
Overall a solid set of brushes. They are stiff enough for heavy body acrylics. I did notice a little bit of shedding on the first use, but it stopped after rinsing.

Solid workhorses
No frills, just good painting tools. The flat edge stays crisp for a while. I wish the largest brush was slightly wider, but the variety covers most of my needs.

Perfect for my art classroom
I bought this bulk set for my high school art class. The wool bristles hold paint well and the flat shape is great for teaching broad strokes. Excellent value for the price.
Q: How should I clean these wool bristle brushes?
A: Clean immediately after use with mild soap and lukewarm water. Reshape the flat edge while damp and let them air dry horizontally to maintain their shape.
Q: Can these handle heavy impasto techniques?
A: Absolutely. The stiff wool bristles and strong ferrules are designed to withstand thick paint application and heavy scrubbing.
Q: Is the packaging secure for shipping?
A: Yes, the brushes are packed securely in a sturdy cardboard box with internal dividers to prevent damage during transit.
Q: Are these brushes suitable for watercolor painting?
A: Yes, the natural wool bristles absorb water well, making them suitable for watercolor techniques, though they are also robust enough for oils and acrylics.
Q: Do the brushes come in individual sizes or are they all the same width?
A: The 16-piece set includes an assortment of widths ranging from small detail flats (approx. 2mm) to large wash brushes (approx. 50mm).
