Perfect starter set for my son
My 8-year-old loves this rod! It's lightweight enough for him to cast easily, and the telescopic feature makes it super convenient to store in the car. We've used it at the pier several times with great success.

Great value for the price
Solid construction for a kids' set. The pistol grip gives good control. The reel isn't professional grade, but it works perfectly fine for learning the basics of casting and reeling.

Good but line could be better
The rod itself is fantastic for kids, but the pre-spooled line felt a bit cheap. I replaced it with some higher quality monofilament, and now it casts even smoother.

Easy to assemble
No tools needed! Just extend the sections, attach the reel, and you are ready to go. My daughter figured it out immediately. The colors are bright and fun too.

Surprisingly sturdy
Bought this for sea casting from the rocks. It handled small fish like mackerel without any issues. Not for big game fishing, but exactly what is advertised for kids.

Compact and durable
I was worried about the telescopic mechanism breaking, but it has held up well after a summer of use. Collapses down small enough to fit in a backpack. Highly recommend for family trips.

A: It takes just a few seconds. Simply retract the telescopic sections one by one until the rod is fully collapsed to its storage length of about 45cm.
Q: Does the set come with bait or lures?
A: No, this set includes only the telescopic rod and the spinning reel. Lures, hooks, and bait must be purchased separately.
Q: Is this rod suitable for saltwater use?
A: Yes, the materials are corrosion-resistant and suitable for sea casting, though we recommend rinsing the rod with fresh water after each use to prolong its life.
Q: What is the maximum weight this rod can handle?
