Excellent classroom activity
I bought this for my elementary art class to celebrate the Lunar New Year. Every student managed to complete at least two designs. The safety scissors provided were dull enough to be safe but sharp enough to cut the paper cleanly.

Perfect for family fun!
My kids absolutely loved working on these paper cuttings during the holiday break. The semi-finished designs made it easy for them to follow along without getting frustrated. The red paper is vibrant and looks beautiful on our windows.

Best purchase for the season
These window flowers transformed our living room atmosphere instantly. The semi-finished aspect saves time while still giving the satisfaction of handmade crafts. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to decorate for the New Year.

Fun and relaxing
I found this very relaxing to do in the evening. The draft patterns guide you well, so you don't have to worry about messing up the main design. Just take your time with the intricate parts.

Great quality, clear instructions
The paper quality is surprisingly good for the price. The pre-cut lines are precise, making the cutting process smooth. I deducted one star only because I wished there were a few more complex patterns included for adults.

Authentic cultural experience
As someone teaching my children about our heritage, this set was invaluable. It sparked great conversations about tradition while keeping them entertained. The finished products look professional enough to gift to grandparents.
Q: Is the paper thick enough to not tear easily?
A: Yes, we use specialized Xuan paper which is durable yet easy to cut. It is designed to hold its shape well once pasted onto a window.
Q: Do I need to buy additional tools to use this set?
A: The set includes basic safety scissors and a wax plate. However, for finer details, some experienced users prefer using their own precision craft knives (adult supervision required).
Q: What kind of adhesive works best for sticking these to glass?
A: We recommend using a small amount of water-soluble glue stick or even a damp cloth technique for traditional application. Avoid permanent glues so they can be removed later.
Q: Can these be reused after taking them off the window?
A: While they are delicate, if you carefully peel them off using a hairdryer to loosen the adhesive, they can be stored flat and reused for next year.
Q: Are the patterns suitable for left-handed children?
A: Absolutely! The semi-finished drafts are symmetrical or clearly marked, making them equally easy for left-handed and right-handed users to follow.
