Great tone, slightly pricey
The sound quality is exceptional, very bright and articulate even on the low B string. They are a bit more expensive than uncoated sets, but the longevity makes up for it.

A: Yes, these strings work well on baritone scale guitars (27 inches and above), providing excellent tension for low tunings like Drop A or lower.
Q: Does the .056 low B string feel floppy in standard 7-string tuning?
A: On a standard 25.5-inch scale, the .056 provides a balanced tension. For tighter feel in standard tuning, some players prefer our .059 gauge set, but this set is optimized for Drop D versatility.
