My go-to strings now
I've tried many brands, but the Alice King Series offers the best balance of tone and durability. They hold their tune remarkably well after the initial stretching period.

Great value for the price
These strings sound bright and clear right out of the package. The anti-rust coating seems to work well as they have lasted longer than my usual uncoated sets. Highly recommended for gigging musicians on a budget.

Decent but not premium
They work fine for practice and rehearsal. The tone is good, but they lack some of the sustain you get from higher-end branded strings. Still, for the price, you can't complain.

Bright and punchy
The high E string is particularly crisp. Great for rock and blues styles. Installation was standard and hassle-free. Will definitely purchase again.

Excellent corrosion resistance
I live in a humid coastal area, and regular strings rust within a week. These Alice strings have stayed fresh for over a month with daily playing. Very impressed with the anti-rust technology.

Solid performance
Very smooth feel under the fingers. Intonation was easy to set up. I deducted one star only because the packaging was slightly crumpled upon arrival, but the strings themselves are perfect.
Q: What is the exact gauge of the G string in this set?
A: In the .010-.046 light gauge set, the G string is typically .017 inches.
Q: Are these strings suitable for a Stratocaster?
A: Yes, these are standard ball-end electric guitar strings and are fully compatible with Fender Stratocasters and most other solid-body electric guitars.
Q: How long does the anti-rust coating usually last?
A: While it depends on playing frequency and environment, the anti-rust coating generally extends string life by 2 to 3 times compared to uncoated strings.
Q: Do these come in a heavy gauge option?
A: This specific listing is for the Light (.010-.046) gauge. We do offer Heavy gauge options in the same King Series under a different product SKU.
Q: Can I use these on an acoustic-electric guitar?
A: These are designed specifically for electric guitars with magnetic pickups. While they will physically fit an acoustic-electric, the tone may be thin, and we recommend bronze strings for optimal acoustic sound.
