Consistent performance
Bought three of these for a batch of student kits. All units performed consistently with no dead-on-arrival issues. The current draw is within expected limits for a 130 motor.

Perfect for my Arduino cooling project
This module works flawlessly with my Arduino Uno. The Gravity connector makes wiring incredibly simple, and the fan provides excellent airflow for keeping my components cool. Highly recommended for beginners.

Essential for robot chassis ventilation
Used this to create an active cooling system for a motor driver on my robot car. It fits perfectly in tight spaces and the mounting holes align well with standard standoffs. Very satisfied.

Great starter component
As someone new to electronics, I appreciated how easy this was to set up. The documentation online is helpful. Only giving 4 stars because I wish it came with a small tutorial card in the box.

Good quality, slightly noisy at max speed
The build quality is solid and the PCB looks professional. It runs well on 5V, though it does get a bit loud when running at full speed. Great for prototypes where noise isn't a critical factor.

Reliable and easy to integrate
I've used several DFRobot Gravity modules, and this one maintains the same high standard. Plug-and-play functionality saved me a lot of time soldering headers. The fan spins up immediately upon power.
Q: Does this come with screws for mounting?
A: The module includes the PCB and the fan pre-assembled, but mounting screws are not included in the package. Standard M3 screws work well with the provided mounting holes.
Q: Is this compatible with the BBC micro:bit?
A: Yes, since the micro:bit supports 3V logic and power, and this module uses the standard Gravity PH2.0-3Pin interface, it is fully compatible when connected to the appropriate power and GPIO pins.
Q: Can this module be directly connected to a 3.3V microcontroller without a driver?
A: Yes, the module operates within the 3.3V to 6V range, so it can be directly powered by 3.3V pins on boards like the ESP32 or some Arduino variants, provided the pin can supply sufficient current.
Q: Is PWM speed control supported with this module?
A: Absolutely. You can control the fan speed by sending a PWM signal to the signal pin of the Gravity connector. This allows for variable speed control based on your code logic.
Q: What is the maximum current draw of the fan?
