Good quality, minor pin spacing issue
The board functions well and uploads code quickly. One of the header pins was slightly bent upon arrival, but I fixed it easily. Overall a solid purchase.

Works as described
Does exactly what it says on the tin. The improved version seems to have better power regulation than older models I've used.

Perfect for beginners
This board works flawlessly with the Arduino IDE. The CH340 driver was easy to install on Windows 10. Great value for learning electronics.
Q: Does this come with headers pre-soldered?
A: No, this version typically comes without headers soldered to allow for flexible mounting options. You will need to solder them yourself or use female headers.
Q: Can this board be powered via the VIN pin?
A: Yes, you can supply external power through the VIN pin. The recommended input voltage range is 7V to 12V.
Q: What is the maximum current draw per I/O pin?
A: Each I/O pin can provide or receive a maximum of 40mA. However, the total current for all ports should not exceed 200mA to ensure stability.
Q: Do I need to install specific drivers for this board?
A: Yes, this board uses the CH340 chip. You will need to install the CH340 USB-to-Serial driver, which is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux.
Q: Is this compatible with the standard Arduino Nano shields?
A: Yes, the pin layout is identical to the standard Arduino Nano, so it is compatible with most Nano-compatible shields and breadboards.
