Great value but documentation could be better
Hardware quality is solid and the chip is fast. However, the included manual is a bit sparse on advanced peripheral examples. Once you find community tutorials, it works flawlessly.

Nostalgic yet modern
Brings back memories of learning assembly, but with modern speed and flash capabilities. The 35MHz clock speed is impressive for a 51 core. Deducting one star only because the USB cable included was a bit short.

Arrived well-packaged. Installed the STC-ISP driver immediately and uploaded my first blink program in minutes. The pinout is clearly labeled on the silkscreen.
