Good for academic research
Bought this for my thesis on mobile network latency. It works great for data collection. Just wish it came with a pre-flashed image for beginners, but support was helpful when I asked.

Great performance, steep learning curve
The signal penetration through the vehicle chassis is excellent. Setting up the custom firmware took some time if you aren't familiar with Qualcomm platforms, but once running, it's very reliable.
