Great Value but Needs Debugger
The core board itself is fantastic for the price. Just remember you need a separate XDS110 debugger to program it, which was not immediately clear to me.

The 6-layer PCB design is very robust. Signal integrity is excellent, and the pin headers are well-labeled. Highly recommended for industrial applications.
