PCIe implementation worked flawlessly
Drivers were easy to install on Ubuntu. Throughput tests matched the specifications. Great value for a Kintex UltraScale+ board.
Q: Can I use standard SFP modules?
A: Yes, the SFP+ cages are compatible with standard 10G SFP+ optical or DAC modules.
Q: What is the max throughput?
A: Depends on design, but PCIe Gen3 x8 theoretically offers up to ~7GB/s bidirectional bandwidth.
Q: Is Vivado license included?
A: No, you need your own Xilinx Vivado license. The board is compatible with the WebPACK edition for smaller designs.
Q: Is JTAG cable included?
A: Yes, onboard USB-JTAG eliminates need for external cable. Micro USB port is used for programming and debugging.
Q: Does it support Windows 10?
A: Yes, drivers are available for Windows 10 and Windows 11 64-bit systems.
