Good value board
Solid build quality. Wi-Fi range is decent for the price. One pin was slightly bent but fixed easily.
Q: What is the current draw in deep sleep?
A: Typically around 10-20 microamps depending on your specific configuration and peripherals.
Q: Does this support 5V logic on GPIO?
A: No, the GPIO pins are 3.3V logic. Using 5V directly on GPIO pins may damage the board.
Q: Can I power this with a 9V battery?
A: Yes, via the VIN pin, but ensure it regulates down correctly. USB input is strictly 5V.
Q: Is the antenna external or onboard?
A: This model features an onboard PCB antenna integrated into the module.
Q: Does it work with Mac OS?
