Good quality, slight variation
Very happy with the purchase. Each coin has unique wear marks which proves their age. One coin was slightly darker than the others, but it adds to the character.

Exceeded expectations
The detail on the calligraphy is crisp despite the age. Using them for the threshold pressing ritual was easy, and they feel very sturdy. Highly recommend.

Beautiful historical pieces
These coins are absolutely stunning. The patina looks genuine and they have a nice weight to them. I placed them under my doormat as per Feng Shui traditions, and they look great.

Lovely home decor accent
I bought these primarily for decoration in my study. They sit beautifully on a wooden stand. The history behind them makes them a great conversation starter.
Q: What is the traditional way to arrange these for Feng Shui?
A: Traditionally, the five emperor coins are arranged in order of reign and placed under the doormat or threshold with the Yang side facing up to invite positive energy.
Q: Are these coins replicas or actual ancient currency?
A: These are authentic ancient bronze coins minted during the Qianlong era of the Qing Dynasty, not modern replicas.
Q: Are the holes in the center square or round?
A: Consistent with traditional Chinese coinage from this period, the holes in the center are square.
Q: Can I clean these coins to make them shiny?
A: We strongly advise against cleaning them with chemicals or abrasives, as this will remove the natural patina and significantly reduce their collectible value.
Q: Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?
A: Yes, every set comes with a verified authenticity card detailing the period and type of the coins included.
